With a unique fusion between the rawness of grime culture and the creativity and eclecticism of UK Rap, KOJ delivers authentic and personable lyrics full of character that resonates with many in an organic way that only a few can do.

Similar to artists such as Loyle Carner and Kano, KOJ’s amazing lyric dexterity reigns supreme on his debut track ‘Blue Notes’ (2020) which achieved critical and ardent support across core national radio platforms, including playlist adds on BBC Radio 1Xtra. His follow up ‘Family Tree’ (2021) further showcased his unique appeal as he demonstrated his special mix of introspection, street tales and exceptional lyricism.

Since that time, KOJ has cultivated his musical family; collaborating heavily with the likes of Jakebob, hitting the festival circuit including slots at Boomtown and Kendal Calling and releasing music with Manchester Hip-Hop collective the Mouse Outfit whilst launching OzMOB – his creative community of visual and music artists.
